Green Screen Photography SLC

In chroma key photography, green screens are used as backdrops to replace a solid-colored background behind the subject of an image or video with a new one.

Why would you want to use a green screen in the first place? Because a solid hue that isn't visible in human skin tones, like as green, makes it much easier to separate a background from a human subject in a photo or film. Blue screens were popular in the early days of film, and they may still be used in select situations today.

Ignite Studios is a video production company based in Salt Lake City. Our green screen photography studios are available for rent for a variety of purposes:

  • basic video shoots
  • basic photo shoots
  • video production
  • film production
  • video podcast production

For major film projects, we have a huge sound stage, while a smaller green room is accessible for more intimate shooting.
